A gentle asana (movement) practice that incorporates pranayama (breathing exercises) and dhyana (meditation). Enjoy the benefit of focusing on the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Accessible for all levels of experience.


Cancelation Policy

Private sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of appointment time. Classes can be cancelled 24 hours in advance.
